Hogan Assessments explore individual personality, skills, areas for development, motivators, values and preferences through what they describe as:

  • Bright Side: a personality inventory to build strategic self-awareness

  • The Inside: providing insights into values, preferences, drivers and motivators

  • The Dark Side: to build strategic self-awareness around development inventory

Everything DiSC utilizes a five-point scale where individuals respond to behavioral statements to measure their preferences and tendencies based on the DiSC model- a simple, yet powerful model that describes four basic behavioral styles:

  • Dominance

  • influence

  • Steadiness

  • Conscientiousness
